For those active Moms (or Dads) out there, you are welcome to join us for group runs, walks or group hikes.
We generally walk 5 km at different area parks including the Mission Park Greenway, City Park and Knox Mountain. We meet at 9:00 on Friday mornings. Check the calendar for the walk location and meeting place. Locations will be posted at least the day before the walk. As the weather warms up come prepared for a playdate at the park following the walk.
We also organize group hikes (with babes in backpacks) through different area parks. If you are interested in more information about these hikes please email me at kymbanting@shaw.ca. Check the calender also, for periodic bike excursions, cross country skiing trips or snowshoeing excursions designed with our babies in mind.

ATTENTION RUNNING MOMS (BOTH NEW AND EXPERIENCED RUNNERS)
