COME ON OUT AND JOIN US FOR A GROUP WALK/HIKE WITH BABIES/TODDLERS IN STROLLERS OR FRONT/BACK CARRIERS!

 

For those active Moms (or Dads) out there, you are welcome to join us for group runs, walks or group hikes.

We organize weekly walks for Moms & kids. The walk meets Fridays at 9:00 am and alternates between the Mission Greenway and City Park. After the walk stay and play at the playground!

We also organize group hikes (with babes in backpacks) through different area parks periodically. We will post details on facebook and on our calendar when they are organized.

Check the calender also, for periodic bike excursions, cross country skiing trips or snowshoeing excursions
designed with your babies in mind

ATTENTION RUNNING MOMS (BOTH NEW AND EXPERIENCED RUNNERS)

If you are looking to get into (or back into) running after the birth of your little one but are unsure where to start than check out the Canadian Runner Clinics hosted by Canadian Olympian Malindi Elmore. Malindi has some great clinics which are designed to help new and experienced runners begin running after the birth of their little ones. This is also a great way to meet like minding Mommy’s and maybe get yourself a new running partner!

There are also several advanced running clinics for those of you already well established in your running who would like to improve your speed and/or endurance!
