Thursday May 3 - 9:30 am Mom & Baby Bootcamp Sample Class Come on out and try one of Babykicks Fitness’ famous Bootcamps! Bootcamp is designed for women around 12 weeks + post partum. The class begins with a 20 minute power walk, followed by a series of exercises that include strength, cardio & core conditioning. Please bring water, a towel or blanket for you and your baby and any other items you think your baby will need! Preregistration required. Thursday May 3 - 6:00 pm. 30th Birthday Gala and Silent Auction fundraiser for the Kelowna Waldorf School. Summerhill Winery. The event will be hosted by Ezra Cipes, General Manager of Summerhill Winery and Kelowna Waldorf School parent. He will lead a tour of unique biodynamic vineyards, a Cipes Brut reception, followed by a wine-paired 4 course dinner created by the talented Chef Jesse Croy.
